Ordering Online

We operate a 100% secure website and payment system to make sure you are safe when shopping with us. No actual payment details are taken or stored by our website they are all made through our payment providers, Paypal and Worldpay so you know you are in safe hands.

Telephone Ordering and Customer Service

We accept telephone orders just call us between 9-5pm Monday to Friday on 01933 624084 and we would be happy to take your order. Telephone orders can only be delivered to the cardholders address for security reasons.

Purchase of goods

As soon as we receive your order & payment it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you.

Dispatch

Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours(mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched. Please see our Delivery section for more details
